Client Dilemma:
The client needed assistance in finalizing a first and second stage regulator design. Twelve working prototypes were needed for shallow-dive testing and exhibiting at a large trade show.

PTI Involvement:
The client joined forces with PTI to finalize the design and to optimize it for manufacturing and assembly. Upon approval of the design, PTI would create the functional prototypes.

PTI Solution:
PTI redesigned the client's existing 3D database for proper injection molding design. Twelve fully functional prototypes were machined and molded for the diving industry trade show. The prototypes looked and performed like production units.
